01 - NE workshop on new technologies in tCS

Clinical applications, multichannel tCS, optimization of montages, targeting brain networks and closed-loop stimulation

Intensive two-days workshop dedicated to the implementation of new tCS technologies in research and clinical practice. Workshop will be held on Nov-30 and Dec-01, 2017, in Barcelona. The first NE® workshop is designed to provide comprehensive theoretical background and practical experience necessary to multichannel tCS stimulation in clinical and research applications.

The workshop will focus on theoretical and practical applications of multichannel tCS:

  • physics and mechanisms of multichannel tCS
  • hybrid electrode and montage preparation
  • stimulation parameters
  • computational modelling and optimal electrode montages
  • targeting brain networks
  • dose determination
  • closed-loop stimulation
  • good practices and safety guidelines

Education and training will be provided by experienced researchers and tCS practitioners. Every participant that successfully completes the course will receive a Neuroelectrics® certificate of attendance.
