Touchproof Adapter
The Touchproof Adapter is specifically designed for the Enobio system, enabling seamless connectivity between the Enobio device and electrode cables fitted with 1.5 mm DIN 42802-1 connectors. Designed for use in professional healthcare settings, this adapter is intended for healthcare personnel who possess experience with EEG technology.
By linking the Enobio system to standard EEG electrode leads, the adapter supports electrical connections crucial for neurophysiological monitoring.
It comes in three configurations—8, 20, and 32 channels—each tailored to match the respective Enobio model. Each configuration is thoughtfully labeled according to the default channel assignments based on the EEG 10–10 system, ensuring accurate electrode placements. Additionally, all configurations include dedicated reference channels (CMS and DRL).
Setup of Touchproof Adapter 8
To be used with Enobio 8.
Contains one cable to connect the Touchproof module to the Necbox.
Contains one module with 8 channels, labelled with numbers from 1-8, CMS, and DRL.
Setup of Touchproof Adapter 20
To be used with Enobio 20.
Contains one set of two cables to connect the Touchproof modules to the Necbox.
Contains two modules attached with a total of 20 channels, labelled with the positions that correspond to the EEG 10-10 system position in the Enobio 20 standard array (P7, P4, Cz, Pz, P3, P8, O1, O2, T8, F8, C4, F4, Fp2, Fz, C3, F3, Fp1, T7, F7, EXT & references CMS, DRL).
